Oded Pincas was born in Jerusalem in 1969.
In 2008, Mr. Pincas served as Senior Consultant to the General Director of the Israel Antitrust Authority.
Between 2005 and 2008, Mr. Pincas was an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP, a New York law firm, where he counseled and defended clients’ positions in a wide range of transactions and regulatory proceedings in industries such as aviation, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.
Between 2002 and 2005, Mr. Pincas worked as a Senior Attorney at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. His responsibilities with the U.S. Government included evaluating proposed mergers and acquisitions, deposing witnesses, and negotiating divestitures and consent orders in numerous industries, including aviation, electronic design automation, computer hardware/software, and chemicals.
Between 2001 and 2002, Mr. Pincas was a Research Fellow at the American Antitrust Institute in Washington DC.
Between 1997 and 2000, Mr. Pincas served as a Section Chief at the Israel Antitrust Authority, with responsibilities over all legal matters involving retailing, networks, and transportation.
Between 1995 and 1997, Mr. Pincas worked as an associate at Kimhi & Co., a commercial law firm in Jerusalem.
His legal experience also includes one year as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Miriam Naor, Justice of the Israel Supreme Court, then-Chief Judge of the Antitrust Court of Israel, District Court of Jerusalem, and as a legal intern at S. Biran & Co. (1994-95).
Mr. Pincas has an LL.B from the Hebrew University School of Law (1994), an M.B.A. from the Hebrew University School of Business Administration (2000), and an LL.M., with honors, from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC (2001). He is admitted to practice in Israel (1995), New York (2001) and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York (2007).
